Michelle Rollason F.B.T.D.A (Principal)
Michelle trained full time at the Midlands Academy of Dance and
Drama (M.A.D.D.) in Nottingham.
A rigorous 3-year course learning
all disciplines of dance.
As a professional dancer Michelle has worked many Summer seasons
and professional shows in England as well as professional engagements in
Denmark and Greece.
Michelle has has also choreographed for professional theatre and holiday parks across the
U.K.
Michelle opened Rollason Stage School n Heacham in 2003
As well as an experienced teacher Michelle is also a dance adjudicator
and a qualified examiner for B.T.D.A.
Michelle has examined at dance schools all over England as well as in
New Zealand, Malta and Ireland.
Early in 2023 Michelle was elected into the worlds most exclusive sisterhood show business fraternity ''The Grand order of Lady Ratlings'' where she works alongside Sister Ratling Debbie. McGee to raise coins for the order.
Lucy-Rose Rollason (Principal)
Lucy was born into a show business family, her mum a dancer and father a comedian and brother Tommy J a comedy juggler.
As a child Lucy started her training part time at the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London and then went on to study dancing, singing and acting at the renowned Cambridge performing arts (Bodywork Company Dance studios)
Since graduating Lucy has appeared in professional TV and stage
TV credits include: The Big School (BBC) and Rose in "The Harlots" for ITV encore and most recently filming the part of “Fiona” for new feature film “Innocent Candy” starring John Altman (Nasty Nick) and Anthony Costa.
Stage : Lucy played majority of UKs theatres in pantomime, summer seasons, UK tours, staring as professional dancer and leading roles.
Lucy has also appeared as professional dancer and synchronised swimmer at the renowned Hippodrome Circus in the “Summer Circus and Water Spectacular” and returned there for their “Halloween Spooktacular” as well as appearing in their easter all action and water shows ‘’Pirates Live!’’.
Lucy is also an established choreographer
working for many production companies and choreographing an array of stars such as Russell Grant, Darren Day, Duncan Norvelle, Ricky Groves, Jake Quickenden, Vicky Entwistle and more.
Lucy has performed all over the UK but most recently getting a standing ovation from ‘’Queens’’ Brian May and his wife Anita Dobson.
Lucy has won many of awards for the Rollason Stage School choreography and loves teaching and inspiring the talent of the future!
Reece Woodier
Ace Hoffman
Ace Hoffman is a highly skilled and versatile dancer who will be bringing a wealth of experience and passion to RSS as a dance teacher.
With a fresh and new professional dance background, Ace graduated from the very prestigious and renowned London Studio Centre in 2023 one of the UKs top dance colleges where she trained in all styles of dance.
Ace specialises in Modern Jazz Tech, Acrobatics, Lyrical/Contemporary and commercial street dance and is currently working over the UK as a professional dancer credits include :the
Aladdin Pantomime at The New Theatre Royal (ensemble dancer), The Hippodrome Circus (ensemble dancer) and KWAM Collective on the captivating short dance film "SOMA". (Main role) As a dancer.
Ace has honed their skills in various dance styles, including Jazz, Hip-hop, Commercial, Heels, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Partnering, and more. This versatility allows them to connect with students providing a well-rounded dance education, to a high standard.
Ace is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment for you to express yourself, discover your potential, and train in the art of dance to the best of your ability. Ace is excited to share their passion and expertise with our students and help them grow as dancers and individuals.

Theo Bazeley-Smith
Theo trained from 5 years old at Rollason Stage School in all genres of dancing, singing and acting where he is now a valued member of the teaching team.
Last year Theo did a class at Pineapple Dance Studios where he was scouted and awarded a full scholarship to train there part time on their musical theatre course where he went on to perform in the west end alongside Strictly Come Dancing star Robin Winsor.
Theo has appeared in many theatres for many reputable production companies across the globe such as Scarborough Open Air Theatre, The Mermaid Theatre, London, Blackpool North Pier, Blackfriars Theatre, Boston, Priory Centre, St Neots and many more.
Alongside performing and teaching Theo is also an established unicycle rider where he offers circus workshop skills to children and youths.
Last year Theo was working with Tommy J alongside “BGT The Champions” Winners Twist & Pulse.
Olivia King
Olivia has trained with RSS for years and is now a passionate, hard working and dedicated member of the teaching team on a Saturday.
Liv is now training at one of the UKs most prestigious dance colleges 'Performers' and is loving passing her knowledge and fresh ideas down to her students.
Olivia has gained dozens of awards over the years including 'Best Girl' of the competition at Boston festival 2023.
Olivia was also involved in 'Dancers Delight' (LONDON) where she was selected in an audition at Pineapple Dance Studios in a renowned hip hop convention in London.
Liv has already performed in professional pantomime and various shows.
